Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Zoe, and the spacious two-bedroom family room comfortably accommodated our family of four. Though the decor was basic, the room's cleanliness and quietness were appreciated. We loved being close to local eateries and attractions like the Riverside Markets and Cardboard Cathedral, creating great family bonding experiences. The relaxed outdoor area, while needing some seating, offered a nice spot for our kids to play, making our visit nice.

The bathroom was particularly good, and the facilities were super clean overall. I appreciated the little kitchen that added convenience to my experience, although I believe the space could benefit from some capital investment to enhance its overall appeal.
One minor negative was that I found some old Wi-Fi papers hidden under movable drawers.

The unit was very good sized.
The bed was very spacious, and the room itself was large. The location was handy and exceptionally nice, relatively close to St Stephens Church.

Had a boss time with me family! The spacious deluxe family suite was just what we needed, plenty of room for everyone to chill. Only downside was it being a bit far from the centre, but the kids loved the grass area to run about. Sound stay overall!

The hotel had indeed a good location close to all shops walking distance. Went to Jaba Grill and Bar for drink or two, set relatively near the property.
The room was very small, made me a little nervous.

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
The spacious two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, with ample space for everyone to relax. The well-equipped kitchenette made it super convenient for preparing snacks for the kids. We particularly enjoyed the homemade muffins which were a good touch, showcasing the hotel's attention to guest comfort.

The very helpful, efficient receptionist who managed to find us a room despite the fact that apparently we were not booked in by Booked.net.
The fact that we were not expected at the hotel as Booked.net had apparently failed to book us in. Consequently we did not have the room described on your website which we had booked and paid for. We were not pleased about this, nor with another motel booked through you on this trip. Therefore would you please remove my email address from your list.

Location - Handy to the shopping center near by
There was no air conditioning in the room and no facility of having a FAN either when its pretty hot summer weather outside. I was unable to sleep because of the stuffiness in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at the garden. the spacious rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. i appreciated the extra touches, like the room's heating and the lovely toiletries provided. being just a short walk away from a local mall made it convenient to explore shops and restaurants. overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and i would definitely consider returning.
The furniture was damaged and not as pictured. 😔.

The Smorgasbord meal in the hotel was a standout, offering an excellent selection of both European and Asian dishes, along with a tempting dessert bar that catered well to our large group. The Beautiful upstairs room was cozy with great amenities like a bathtub, heat pump for warmth, and quality toiletries.
We faced a few hiccups. Our room was not prepared upon arrival, and basic items like hand soap were missing. The miscommunication about late check-out was pretty frustrating, with staff showing up to remind us to leave earlier than expected, a bit alarming. The kitchenware wasn't fully stocked for our family of four, requiring us to request extra items like towels and dinnerware upon arrival.
